Specialising in contemporary country houses, Amanda Hanley opened her first showroom in Burford in July 2015. Working as an independent interior designer for more than 30 years, Amanda has crafted a signature style, with versatility to inspire and bring to life individual visions and projects. Her Burford showroom is full of home decor ideas, along with fabulous gifts, contemporary and classic fabrics, and a fantastic delicatessen, offering the best artisan cheese, cured meats, chutneys, jams and antipasti from around the world. There is a daily supply of freshly baked artisan bread made by hand by the Natural Bread Company in Oxfordshire: sourdough, focaccia, and delicious handcrafted authentic French pastries. Amanda Hanley is a family business: Amanda's sons work with her; Matt is her managing partner, and Ed is often in the showroom, helping customers make informed choices.
