Established in 1894, amid 3,000 acres of parkland and woodland on the Bathurst Estate - one of the country’s most beautiful parks - Cirencester offers the highest level of polo whilst retaining the charm of a delightfully relaxed country polo club.
Cirencester Park Polo Club is the supreme venue for a quintessential English polo experience. There is opportunity to enjoy the surroundings, whether you are looking for a quiet family picnic beside the field, a four-course lunch for hundreds in their marquee or just a Pimm’s in the Clubhouse Bar whilst watching the sun set over Ivy Lodge. It is a unique venue to entertain important corporate guests, providing an inspiring atmosphere for networking whilst enjoying magnificent sport in impressive surroundings.
Over the past 100 years the club has hosted some influential figures such as George V and VI, Edward VIII, the Sultan of Brunei, and members of the current Royal family.
Everyone is welcome. There is polo on most days, with Sundays being the traditional polo day and the best chance to catch all the action of the tournament finals.
