Join acclaimed circus chef Ols Halas and his partner Amber White for an extra-special festive feast.

Ols (formerly of Giffords circus, where he ran the fantastic Circus Sauce restaurant) and Amber are pitching their roaming restaurant, Josser, at a secret location in the Cotswolds this December. There, they will be conjuring wildly delicious food beneath a cosy canopy, warmed by firelight and fellowship.

On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays (though with a slight change to dates in the last week of December) they are serving up Unforgettable Festive Feasts, magical evenings perfect for a romantic getaway or a festive reunion with friends, while Sundays see heart-and-belly warming festive roasts of comforting, classic and nostalgic fare.

Every dish is prepared with the freshest local ingredients in their converted lorry kitchen, and the chef himself will unveil each delightful course with a flourish. 
You can drool over the menus on their website; it all looks utterly delicious!

But where is it? We said it was a secret, and they’re keeping it a secret until you book, ‘It’s all part of the adventure!’
